Shipping Info

The shop is situated in germany so postage is as following:

0.00-0.49 kg / 1 or with luck 2 12" 5 € 5 € airmail 5 € airmail
0.50-0.99 kg / 3 to 4 12" 5 € 7 € airmail 7 € airmail
1.00-1.99 kg / up to 8 or with luck 9 12" 5 € 9 or 14 € 17 € airmail
2.00-4.99 kg / too much to count :) 5 € 15 € 35 or 45 €

Weights are like this:
CD = 0.15 kg or less when sending without jewel case
07" = 0.15 kg
12" = 0.2 kg
2x12" = 0.4 kg
Shirt = 0.3 kg
Hoody = 0.6 kg or more
Packing material is something about 0.2 kg

Sometimes there is a different weight of the products.
This list gives you only an idea of the weight.
I check the weight after receiving an order and will tell you the exact postage.

I use DHL or Hermes for sending your packages worldwide and within germany i use Hermes because DHL wants 7 euro for sending a single 12" record within germany...

Return Policy

You are not satisfied with your order? Send the records back within 14 days and you will get the payed amount as a credit in the shop minus postage fees. BUT: sealed products will only be taken back still sealed. For products worth less than 40 Euros the customer has to pay the costs of the return consignment.

With hitting the "confirm order" button in the shop system, the customer agree´s with the terms of order and a contract is made between the owner of the shop and the customer.
